Postage and Packaging:
Standard postage and packaging costs for items that will be delivered by Royal Mail 2nd class, will be calculated during the quote process and is dependent upon weight/quantity of products and the delivery location. If you wish a more expedient service, then please specify this when obtaining a quote.
Items will be posted out within 48 hours of receipt of payment (subject to stock availability), during busy periods there can be a lead time of up to 4 weeks. We shall keep you updated on the progress of your order and estimated delivery date, as information becomes available. Please be aware that delivery may be affected during:

Doggy treat cart:
The delivery and collection of the doggy treat cart is priced at 20p per mile after the first 30 miles (first 30 miles each way is free of charge). Arrangements for the delivery of the cart (time and location), will be agreed at least one week before the delivery date. For further details regarding the hire of the cart, please see the terms and conditions.
If your goods arrive damaged, then we apologise and will do everything we can to rectify the situation. All items damaged in transit must be notified to us within 48 hours using our contact us form. Failure to do this may result in the item not being replaced.
The legal stuff:
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail does not constitute acceptance amounting to a contract; acceptance takes place when the product is despatched, until which time Just Add Dogs are entitled to withdraw the offer.
Just Add Dogs will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery and will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
Terms and Conditions
Hire of the doggy treat cart:
The hire of the doggy treat cart is £150 for 3 hours – longer hire periods will be calculated on a pro rata basis of £50 per hour. The hire of the cart includes the treat jars, tongs and scoops. The hire also includes free delivery and collection for a total of 30 miles each way, mileage over and above 30 miles will be charged at 20p mile.
The cart will be delivered prior to your booking time, to allow staff to set it up for you, they will then return at the end of your booking period to pack it away and remove it from the venue.
The treats that you have ordered will be on display for you and your guests to help yourself to, they will always be opened fresh on the day of your booking – no treats will EVER be reused from a previous booking. If there are any treats left at the end of your booking, you can either have them packaged to take home with you, to do with as you wish, or they can be donated to a dog rescue centre.
The hirer of the cart will be liable for any damage caused to the cart and/or any of the items provided by
Just Add Dogs.
Just Add Dogs can supply fully trained staff for the duration of your booking at the rate of £10 per hour. Staff will serve your guests at the cart, avoiding the necessity for self-service, ensuring the appropriate portion size is adhered to. They can also advise on the different treats where required and answer any questions you or your guests may have. All our staff are DBS checked and trained in customer service best practice.
Just Add Dogs is covered by public liability insurance, and with staff in attendance, you will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the cart or its accoutrements, the responsibility for the welfare of the cart and accessories will remain with Just Add Dogs.
Average dimensions of the treat bags are - 16cm x 22cm
Average dimensions of the favour bags are – 9.8cm x 7cm
While every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the colours depicted in our images, please be aware that due to monitor resolution, lighting, photo processing software and other factors it is almost impossible to represent colour to 100% accuracy.
For packages, you can specify which design or designs you want – or you can opt for a mixture of designs if purchasing more than one bag). The price of the package is per dog, so the price paid includes one of our homemade treat bags with ribbon, (charms are 25p extra per bag) and a selection of 8, 12 or 16 treats, sufficient for one dog. Where a package includes a toy, we will give options at time of quoting, subject to stock availability.
Favours are £1.50 per homemade bag, including ribbon (charms are 25p extra). Choice of designs are available, however, because the bags are small, we would recommend a “busy” design, one with plenty going on, otherwise if a design with less decoration is selected, then there will be large blank spaces on the favour bag. The favour bag comes with free treats inside (the variety of treat depends on stock availability at time of packaging).

General Ordering Policy:
Due to the bespoke nature of some of our products, we will quote you a price for your requirements, after the receipt of a quote request form. The quote is valid for a period of 28 days from the date on the quote itself. Where possible quotes will be emailed, however, we can accommodate requests for a hard copy of the quote sent via Royal Mail.
For the hiring of the cart, a £50 non-returnable deposit (this will be deducted from the total amount payable) is required in order to secure your booking date – confirmation of your booking will not be sent until the deposit has been received, a quote does not constitute a booking confirmation. The balance on your account will be due 4 weeks before the booking date.
Your order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt of your order for any reason. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to the credit/debit card used in the order for the amount charged. Certain orders placed must obtain our pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our sales department. We may require additional verifications or information before processing and shipping any orders, which in turn may delay your order.
Exchange and Refund Policy:
Any shortages or damages in transit, along with any defects must be reported in writing to Just Add Dogs within 48 hours of receipt. E-mail to report any defects or damages. No claims for damage will be accepted after this period. It is also recommended that the original packaging be retained in case you need to return the product in the unlikely event a fault develops. Upon receipt, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, (THIS EXCLUDES ITEMS THAT ARE CUT TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS) return the item unused in the original packaging with your invoice for an exchange or refund. If returning an item for an exchange or refund you will have to cover the return postage costs both ways. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation Rights/Acceptance of Goods:
Customers have a statutory 'cooling off' period of 14 business days from the day they receive their goods, in which time they should notify you that they wish to cancel their order with you and a full refund be given, within 30 days, of the purchase price including delivery, E-mail (THIS EXCLUDES ITEMS THAT ARE CUT TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS) If you do wish to cancel, the goods must be returned unused in the original packaging, in a resalable condition. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount to allow for repackaging at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights. You cannot cancel under these terms if you have used the goods.
